⏰ Delivery Timings

• Standard deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM

• Midnight or late-night deliveries may be available on request for an additional charge – just call us in advance!

Delivery is based on distance from our shop. But good news — you can get FREE delivery when your order crosses a certain amount!

​💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Available only for orders above ₹1,000

• COD option is valid within the Trichy city limits

Prefer to collect it yourself? No problem!

• Choose “Collect in Store” at checkout

• Make your payment online and pick up from your selected store location

🚦 Important Delivery Notes

• We do not deliver to P.O. boxes

• The recipient may receive a call to confirm delivery timing

• A signature or confirmation is required upon receiving the order

• We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Invalid address

  • Unavailable recipient

  • Weather or transport disruptions

  • Peak season rush

🏠 Residential Deliveries

If the recipient isn’t available, we’ll try to call them. If they confirm, we may leave the cake safely outside. If unreachable, no refund will be provided.

🏢 Business/School Deliveries

Deliveries will be made at the front desk or reception. If the location is closed, please mention it during ordering.
